Volunteer-run, member-supported, Gaginang is a grassroots organization through and through. We raise funds by event registrations, grants, merchandise sales, and of course donations. In an effort to become more transparent about our finances, take a look at our Quarterly Financial Statement featured below.
If you'd like to make a donation to Gaginang, please click on the Donations link at the bottom. We accept Paypal (which allows for several ways to donate). Here is what your contribution goes to:
- Teochew Language: Producing language learning materials, holding events to learn and practice Teochew.
- Teochew Culture: Holding events to explore Teochew traditions like food, Teochew opera, and more!
- Teochew Identity: Holding workshops and sessions on exploring what it means to be Teochew.
- Teochew Multimedia: Organizing opportunities for the creation of Teochew-language and Teochew-related art/media.
- Gaginang Internal Development: Educating and training our staff with skills to manage and run our organization, and to improve our overall effectiveness.
